Candidate should have extensive experience in negotiating contracts and bringing in revenue.
Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales in any of the following areas: facilities management, waste management, janitorial services in the S. Florida area
- Sold to Facilities Managers at Commercial Property, Healthcare, Education, Industrial, and Food and Retail.
- Book of Business: He has an extensive list of contacts in the territory to hit the ground running.
- Hunter sales- Business development
- Extensive experience in Contract Negotiations
- Selling the “BIG DEALS”
- Brought in commercial revenue in the S. Florida area
- Sold to C-Suit buyers to formulate and execute new contracts.
- Thrives as a “hunter”
- Self Starter that can run a territory
