We currently seek a full-time Human Resources Generalist to join our Human Resources team! The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for conducting investigations and focusing on employee relation matters. In addition, they will align business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to management on human resource-related issues, seeks to develop integrated solutions, and formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to managers and employees throughout the business unit.
This position has a hybrid schedule. The hybrid schedule is subject to change with or without notice.
Salary Range: $70,000 - $72,500
