Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a Human Resources Coordinator to join us and support the Human HR team at a leading healthcare facility located in Downtown Brooklyn, NY. Professional work environment along with an opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced environment and be a key player in helping to deliver results.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position will have responsibility for providing administrative and project support to the HR department as well as the organization. Key tasks include new employee onboarding, benefits coordination, HRIS updates, and other administrative projects.
WHAT MATTERS MOST
We are interested in candidates with 2-4 years' experience with excellent customer service skills, strong teamwork, attention to detail along with follow-up and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS tools like ADP, Kronos, or similar platforms, as well as Microsoft Office, is highly desired. College degree is a plus; prior experience in a healthcare environment strongly preferred.
Base salary $60k-$70k supported by a comprehensive benefits program.
