The Human Resources Generalist would support the department by compiling, organizing, and tracking data related to onboarding of new applicants, offboarding, employee relations and compliance. This person will multitask and function at various levels within the Human resources arena. What you will do: Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters. Participate in developing organizational guidelines and procedures. Recommend strategies to motivate employees. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, conducting reference checks, and issuing employment contracts as needed. Investigate complaints brought forward by employees. Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. Schedule and maintain exit interviews. Perform orientations and update records of all staff Manage the organization’s employee database and prepare reports. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist with budget monitoring and payroll. Keep up to date with the latest HR trends and best practices. Assist the department in internal and external audits. They ideal candidate will would be: Organized Customer service oriented 1-2 years of experience working in Human resources as a HR generalist or HR coordinator Familiar with Human Resource rules and regulations Meticulous and attentive to detail, related to personnel files Excellent written and verbal skills Deep understanding of employment law and labor regulations Fantastic knowledge of HR functions and best practices Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human resources with 1-2 years' experience in Human Resources as a generalist or coordinator OR Associate degree with 1-2 years of experience working in Human Resources as a generalist coordinator OR Highschool diploma with 2-5 years of experience working in Human Resources as an assistant coordinator or generalist. Salary: $55,000 - $65,000
