What is the Role?
Talent is our most important asset. Just as Coney Island Prep aims to deliver exceptional academic results for our scholars, our People Team creates the ecosystem in which our teachers and staff are supported and developed so they can thrive in their careers. The People Team is seeking an organized and proactive Human Resources (HR) Manager to join us in our Brooklyn office. This position requires a minimum of three (3) days in-person. Working closely with the HR Manager and Director of HR, you’ll obtain and record HR information, manage our HRIS database, and respond to employee inquiries. You will cultivate culture as well as implement our organizational mission rooted in Anti-Racism, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Justice in every aspect of your work. Coney Island Prep is a college preparatory public charter school in Brooklyn, New York.
