Overview:
We are seeking an administrative assistant for upper corporate staff of a busy Pain Management clinic located in Plano, Texas. We need a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to senior executives and ensure the smooth operation of the office. This is a crucial role that requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Duties:
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, including arranging appointments and meetings.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and well as Microsoft Teams and Ringcentral.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- Familiarity with DocuSign or other electronic signature platforms is preferred
