Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Executive Assistant. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks of quoting, designing, communicating with the team and sending updates to clients for a cabinet manufacturer.

Willing to help in any particular work as directed. The candidate will mostly collaborate in an internal team and also maintain communication with Executive, VPs, suppliers, purchasing, accounting; Minor communication with clients under executive direction to ensure the success of multifamily and container orders are running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Follow the direction as the manager requested and offer solutions.
• Enthusiasm at all times and willing to learn new things everyday to grow.
• Identify potential problems in quotation, the design and propose solutions.
• Supervision of project from concept to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Experience in the kitchen and bath cabinetry industry is required.
• Ability to speak Mandarin is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
