Overview: We are seeking a skilled and creative 2020 Kitchen Designer/Customer Service

representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in kitchen

design using the 2020 Design software and exceptional customer service skills to assist our

clients in creating their dream kitchens.

Qualifications:

1. Proficiency in 2020 Design software and other design tools.

2. Strong knowledge of kitchen design principles, materials, and construction

methods.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering

exceptional customer service.

4. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced

environment.

5. Attention to detail and a creative mindset to develop innovative design solutions.

6. Previous experience in kitchen design, interior design, or related field is

preferred.

Job Duties to include but not limited to:

 Prepare notary documents for payment application and waivers.

 Send payment to vendors according to payment vouchers.

 Place office supplies orders

 Enter sales orders/Quotes in our system

 Placing single-family orders

 Issue replacement and warranty orders

 Highly organized and ability to multi-task

 Montior daily progress of projects

 Provide detailed updates to internal stakeholders

 Schedule orders for multiple crews

 Ability to read shop drawings

 Revise orders/drawings as directed

 Calculate material needs (Trim/hardware)
