The Phone Up Studios’s is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to handle a wide range of administrative tasks efficiently and discreetly.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the CEO's calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
2. Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports on behalf of the CEO and/or company.
3. Conduct research and compile data to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
4. Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO.
5. Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
6. Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues before they arise.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role supporting C-level executives.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff and external contacts.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all aspects of the role.
7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and requirements.
8. High level of professionalism and integrity.
9. Previous experience in a corporate or executive office setting is preferred.
10. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
