We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Project Remodeling Contractor to join our corporate department at The Phone Up Studios. The contractor will play a crucial role in transforming various projects to align with our creative vision and operational needs. Working closely with our team, the contractor will ensure the successful completion of all projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

1. Project Planning and Management: Develop comprehensive plans for remodeling projects, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals and requirements.

2. *lConstruction and Installation: Oversee all aspects of construction and installation, including demolition, framing, electrical work, plumbing, and finishing. Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

3. Material Procurement: Source and procure materials necessary for remodeling projects, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. Coordinate deliveries and manage inventory as needed.

4. Quality Control: Maintain high standards of craftsmanship and quality throughout the remodeling process. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.

5. Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all personnel involved in remodeling projects. Adhere to all relevant safety regulations and guidelines.

6. Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open and transparent communication with internal stakeholders, including project managers, designers, and executives. Collaborate effectively with team members to address any challenges and achieve project objectives.

Terms:

- Duration:12 months; renewable/permanent

- Hours: Depends on project requirements

- Compensation: Varies; project-based fee/hourly. Depending on experience, the contractor will be paid between $35 to $70 per hour.

All contractors must have a minimum of $500,000 insurance. All materials will be paid by the contractor for ANY project and are subject to reimbursement upon proof of purchase(s) for material. A contract will be in place. This is a form of employment.
