Title: Administrative Assistant
Location: Las Vegas, NV 89146
Duration: 5 Months Contract

JOB DESCRIPTION

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college or trade school a plus.
• Minimum three years related experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills; ability to work with all levels of an organization and as a member of a team.
• Position is 100% on-site.
• Carefully follows written and/or verbal directions and asks for clarification, if necessary.
• Experience in a changing, fast-paced, professional environment.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Must be able to handle multiple tasks, time-sensitive projects and maintain confidentiality.
• Provide administrative support functions, including prepare reports, documents, emails, spreadsheets, presentations, manage calendars, appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense reports.
• Gather, compose, track, tabulate, organize, and report information that may be critical or sensitive.
• Administer programs, projects, and processes specific to the operation unit serviced.
• Preferred experience in managing a SharePoint communications site, Peoplesoft, training support and ability to write copy.

Job Types: Contract, Temporary

Salary: Up to $19.50 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
