Enterprise Applications Managed Services Lead

Job Scope

• all Enterprise Business Applications managed services incl SAP S/4HANA / Ariba / Workday in one of the Key Clients.
• credibility and Trust with the IT COE and Business users and manage day to day queries and Change requests with an advisory mindset.
• with SAP BTP CoE and Innovation center to incubate various new technologies including BTP-PI / BTP-Build / Datasphere to address continuous business improvements and Digital Transformation Projects.

Manage offshore SAP delivery team deliverables, stage gates, resources and costs.

• in customer QBR wrt Managed services and present the progress and follow through on the asks.
• credibility and Trust with the Customer CoE And Business users
• Customer NPS and Program Profitability Targets are achieved.
• in new RFP and Bid Proposals
• a learning and Curiosity Culture in the team members through mentoring and coaching.

Technical Skills:

• 10-12 years of SAP ECC / S/4HANA Functional or Technical experience.
• S/4HANA project or managed services experience. A candidate with Finance domain experience is a plus.
• with SAP BTP Technology either solutioning as a functional consultant or delivering projects.
• offshore / onshore delivery model for a client with business stakeholder engagement.
• to managing other applications in the client environment like Ariba / Workday integrated with SAP ERP

• written and verbal communication skills to interact with client IT, business users, and internal teams.
• ability to build trust and credibility with clients and colleagues.
• Skills to identify and troubleshoot issues related to managed services.

The ability to effectively present information

Leadership Skills:

• Experience in managing projects, teams, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Ability to guide and develop team members through training and knowledge sharing.
• Proven ability to prioritize client needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Additional Skills:

• Understanding of business processes and how technology can drive continuous improvement and digital transformation.
• Experience in crafting winning proposals to secure new client engagements.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $65.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
