Duties:
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions
- Utilize accounting software & MS Excel
- Understand and apply basic bookkeeping procedures
- Identify & assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
-Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
-Process customer quotes, orders & acknowledgements
Requirements:
-Associates degree
- Strong mathematical skills
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial concepts
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Global Shop is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
-Customer support experience
-Excellent communication
-Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
