Accounting Coordinator

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Accounting Coordinator to join their team!
The Accounting Coordinator will work hand-in-hand with the Accounting Manager to provide continuous improvements that ensure the company’s financials are completed in a timely manner and in accordance with GAAP. This role will provide critical analytical support to operations.
This is an excellent opportunity to grow in accounting working directly with the Accounting Manager and aiding in various daily functions for someone who may have just graduated with an Accounting Degree, or someone with No Degree who is wanting to grow in their accounting career!
Responsibilities:

• Aid and AR/AP
• Debit and rredit reporting
• Monthly reconciliations
• Post all incoming cash receipts to the correct accounts
• Pull and report daily banking activity

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2-3 years of experience; no degree. 0-1 year; degree
• Intermediate Excel Skills: Pivot table, V-Lookups
• Positive attitude and excitement to learn and grow.
