LSSI is hiring a full-time Administrative Assistant, Monday through Friday, hours varies. Responsible for providing clerical support, answering phones, filing and other administrative work of a confidential nature with minimal detailed supervision.

Essential Functions:
Operate with a high degree of initiative and independent judgement, relieve supervisors and their director of clerical and secondary administrative details.
Assist with confidential, complex, and technical materials.
Greet clients and guests, schedule appointments, screen calls, and take messages, ensure message taken are accurate, complete, and delivered in a timely manner.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Provide other general office functions, including, but not limited to receiving, and routing incoming mail, preparing outgoing mail, and maintain filing system.
Position Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalentrequired.
Associate degree, two years of college or additional business school training preferred.
Minimum two years of increasing administrative position duties preferred.
Ability to relate to and work well with others with a willingness to accept responsibility as well as take initiatives to address office issues.
Excellent organization, presentation, and pc/computer skills (including proficiency with Microsoft 360 – Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, Teams) along with other related software.
