Our Atlanta Office is excited to have an opening for an experienced and proven Business Development Professional to join our growing team of colleagues. Our ideal candidate has a proven understanding of the design and construction industry and can leverage this knowledge and expertise to create and maintain trusted relationships with clients. We are looking for a colleague who easily establishes new relationships, and can manage contacts across markets, sectors and client types and manage a myriad of contacts. They will have shown they are adept at the organizational skills and prioritization needed to effectively juggle multiple deadlines while approaching each opportunity with energy, enthusiasm and a desire to excel.

A Day in the Life:

• Work side by side in a team environment with our Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners and Emerging Professionals on active production projects
• Contribute to other design and marketing efforts undertaken by the firm
• Apply industry experience, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, and integrity to grow our firm throughout the Southeast
• Work equally as well both independently and in a team environment, partnering with Office Leaders, Sector and Practice Leaders, Business Development team members, Marketing Coordinators and subject-matter experts across the firm
• Coordinate and manage business development efforts for multiple sectors within our firm, highlighting needs for the Atlanta office and partnering with key subject matter experts to identify opportunities
• Collaborate with leaders from Atlanta and other LS3P offices to generate profitable growth and increase local and regional market share by sourcing new clients and project leads while working with existing clients for new or expanded opportunities
• Track opportunities, gather intelligence, develop and execute a successful pursuit strategy

What You Bring To The Table:

• Accredited Professional Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
• 5 years of experience in Business Development or related field, and experience working in the Architecture and Design industry.
