Lights On (www.lightson.co) is a digital marketing agency focused on the hospitality sector serving a diverse clientele including luxury hotels, boutiques, management groups, and independents. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead our client growth. Headquartered in Honolulu, HI, we plan to have a second office in Las Vegas. Although role will be based in Las Vegas, this role will be remote for the time being.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Management: Oversee the sales pipeline from initial lead generation to the successful closing of new accounts.
• Client Engagement: Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients through strategic communication and meetings.
• Opportunity Research: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through comprehensive research of organizations and individuals.
• Customer Growth: Enhance the value provided to existing customers while actively attracting new clientele.
• Sales Strategy: Contribute to the scaling of our lead generation process.
• Proposal Development: Craft tailored quotes and proposals to meet client needs.
• Industry Presence: Represent the company at trade shows and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
• Client Onboarding: Facilitate a smooth transition for new clients joining our services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A robust work ethic.
• Willingness to travel regularly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven network within the hotel industry.
• Background in marketing or sales
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive independently and manage uncertainty.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years in B2B Sales (Required).
• 3 years in the Hotel Industry (Preferred).
• 3 years in Digital Marketing (Preferred).

Pay: $49,015.63 - $59,029.57 per year
