We are seeking an experienced Water and Mold Remediation Technician, to join our team of skilled professionals. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and has a history of finding innovative solutions to technical problems.

Manage all assigned jobs from start to completion. This position needs to be able to provide All Dry level customer service including but not limited to: going over the job scope with home owner, explaining the reasons why we are doing what we are doing, going over time table with home owner, etc. Including all tasks needed to write, monitor and complete all jobs within our current software as well as estimating software. Common math skills will be taught in training such as square foot calculations, linear foot calculations, etc. you will be asked to perform the tasks below daily or weekly:

• Clock in / Clock out
• Pre-Job truck prep
• Assist on water or mold remediation based on assigned job
• Clean equipment
• Keep a clean truck
• Any other tasks assigned by the Operations Manager
• Approve weekly timecards
• Keep uniform clean
• Ensure all job paperwork is completed on time
• Train other technicians.
• Find and implement new ways of improving the company's efficiency.
• Be able to interact with customers effectively in case of emergency.
• Deal with difficult customers and situations tactfully.
• Because we provide 24-hour emergency services, employees must be willing to be on-call, as needed.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
• Must have a high school diploma or a GED certificate.
• Experience in the Mold and Water restoration industry
• IICRC certification a plus
• Valid and clean NY Drivers License and your own transportation to and from Work
• Able to work overtime. Flexible hours of work
