Qualifications
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or other relevant field OR equivalent experience (4 years) in solution-based selling
- You have experience managing internal and external relationships and influencing cross-functional teams
- This position reports to General Manager – Sales and develops the alc category, sales acumen of the management unit sales team, and the success of the alc business including budget and P&L responsibilities
- Direct distributor relationship, execution, and performance management of the alc portfolio in close collaboration with other Distributor Sales Executives in the management unit
- Act as the primary contact for alc portfolio for distributor and all cross-functional sales team members
- Provide expertise and communication/leadership on our portfolio management strategies, brand priorities and program, sales strategies, go-to-market pricing strategies, and chain selling/execution
- Accountable for volume, profit, and share performance for alc portfolio within assigned management unit
- Develop and create alignment to the distributor annual plan, strategic, and tactical plans within the management unit
- Understand and act on brand programming and communication to distributors and Distributor Sales Executive
- Be accountable for the analysis, segmentation and development of target account list as well as owns the implementation of the strategy within within the management unit
- Complete in-market work with schedule to evaluate effectiveness of plan implementation as well as in identifying retail volume/profit opportunities
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome
- You take accountability for results – acting with integrity and honoring commitments
