We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Dallas, Plano, or Austin TX Office in a Hybrid Capacity! The Human Resources Manager will work closely with the Management Team and report directly to the Managing Partner. The Manager will act as the lead representative for the Firm's cultural values and priorities, ensuring employee engagement and performance align with our vision and values. They will use industry best practices in all aspects of human resource management, including recruitment, retention, payroll, performance management, compliance, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.

You'll do...!
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, programs, and processes across the firm.
  • Provide support and advice to managers and supervisors on all aspects of HR management.
  • Collaborate with the management team to evaluate organizational design, work assignments, staffing levels, and training requirements.
  • Monitor employee relations issues and turnover trends, recommend remediation measures, and address complex and sensitive questions and issues.
  • Participate in special task forces to ensure HR-related best practices and process improvements.
  • Facilitate and manage policy and procedural changes and develop guidelines, policies, and procedures.
  • Define and cultivate total rewards system based on opportunities and benefit plans including flexible work schedules, career growth, remote work, mentorship, health and wellness benefits, retirement planning, leadership empathy, culture, work-life balance, recognition, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Administer payrolls, profit-sharing contributions, and HSA contributions, and monitor compensation, loans, 401K limits, and benefit plans.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews, lead performance management strategies and systems, and conduct exit interviews.
  • Partner with firm leadership to ensure fully integrated and robust talent acquisition, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Coordinate salary administration and total rewards programs, analyze trends in compensation and benefits metrics, and ensure effective administration of retirement plans and benefit programs.
You bring...!
  • Undergraduate degree
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5 years of experience in HR leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR management principles, employment laws, and best practices.
  • Certification in HR (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in strategic HR partnership and consulting, developing policies and recruitment strategies.
  • Strong skills in strategic planning, policy formulation, and operational procedures.
  • Ability to build relationships, foster cooperation, and work collaboratively to achieve objectives.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, decision-making, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills, including experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
  • Experience in administering background screening and performance management tools.
  • Ability to lead voluntary and involuntary separations with empathy and diplomacy.
  • Understanding and experience in developing and administering compensation guidelines.
