Position Overview
The position will be responsible forproviding operational support to assigned HR Business Partnerteams. Duties will include operational management of activitiesacross HR functions including employee relations performancemanagement staffing and compensation per policies.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist HRBP with various HRrelated issues for assigned division including cyclical rhythm ofthe business (day to day tasks) people processes generalinquiries
Support voluntary and involuntary separationsinclusive of drafting legal agreements consolidating employeeinformation from stakeholders conducting exit interviews andbackfilling positions
Maintain HRIS accuracy andcompleteness by utilizing Workday and performing functions such aschange jobs supervisory orgs and cost centers changes
Management of workforce plan including headcount creation andmanagement
Drive Culture Index participation
Management of employee information in Workday including performanceevaluation employee history and organizational charts.
Work efficiently with datasets (varying sizes from small to verylarge) in Excel including vlook up generating pivot tables usingformula
Collects data and provides reporting frommultiple sources related to HR People Metrics
Otherprojects as requested
SKILLS
2years relevant experience working with HR related technologies witha clear functional understanding of core HR business practicesprocesses and terminology (HRIS compensation recruiting performancemanagement LMS) and the ability to develop solutions to addressbusiness problems and requirements
Datadriven very goodwith modeling able to tell a story by looking at data / datavisualization
Manages time effectively and adapts easilyto shifting priorities
Quick learner and at the sametime have a passion for learning
Detailorientedorganized and have good project management and problemsolvingskills
