J. Craig Wilson and Associates is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to hire immediately! In this role, an Outside Sales Representative will be traveling from business to business to create partnerships with business owners. Their weekly duties will include following up with provided leads and referrals, matching our products with client’s needs, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining daily reports of activity. To be considered for this role, you will need prior experience in sales or a similar field, multitasking and follow-up skills, and be an excellent communicator with negation skills. What We Offer:

- Quickly moving prospects throughout the sales process by delivering an outstanding customer experience

- Engaging in one-on-one reviews with team members to maximize performance
- Strategizing new training methods to be implemented
- Collecting and interpreting data to determine the effectiveness of training techniques
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check (due to working with the state, no felonies or pending charges)
- Hold a valid Georgia driver's license
- Sales experience
- Hold a valid Georgia Insurance License, or be willing to get licensed with our scholarship program
- Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
- Basic computer skills
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry, insurance programs, and state and federal regulations that may impact policyholders
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required
- Extra commitment and willingness to receive initial classroom product training, field training, and mentoring (as well as the commitment to continuous education throughout workshops, seminars, and conferences)
