Exotic Motors Atlanta is looking to add a Bilingual (Spanish) Auto Sales Representative to join our team with experience in sales. We are looking for someone that has motivation and isn't afraid to take on a challenge. We want someone that has customer service experience and isn't timid around others. Our ideal candidate needs to have a strong personality, positive attitude, is willing to work in a fast-pace, and brings light into our environment. Our Sales Representatives need to be able to build trust with customers and understand their needs and wants. It is important that our customers leave satisfied and have received the best quality in customer service. Must be confident to talk on the phone / Emails and in person.

*Hourly Pay plus commissions

```Duties```- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both in-person and over the phone

- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or complaints

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide a positive shopping experience for customers.

```Requirements```

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Bilingual - Fluent in Spanish (written and verbal) to effectively communicate with Spanish-speaking customers and English to communicate with the team

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred

- Familiarity with operating a cash register and handling cash transactions

- Strong sales skills to promote products and close sales

- Knowledge of technology products and ability to explain technical features to customers
