Eagle Industrial Electric LLC is Hiring an Outside Sales Representative Industrial Near Gainesville, GA

Eagle Industrial Electric is a nearly 30-year-old family owned industrial and electric supplier and distributor focused on effortlessly and efficiently meeting the unique needs of our clients across all commercial and industrial applications.

Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Outside Sales Representative in Gainesville, Georgia. The Outside Sales Representative is responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers. Generally, travels around their designated area to meet with clients.

In addition, responsible for:

  • Scheduling appointments and visiting existing customers to review product needs and determining other opportunities.
  • Providing solutions to customers’ problems.
  • Sourcing new business using a variety of marketing tactics such as email or cold calling
  • Handle in-coming sales calls and walk-ins as well as emails, consult with customers, fulfill orders, upselling and add on sales are critical, process orders, source material when not in stock, communicate with customers throughout fulfillment.
  • Check stock, pull material, package and prepare for shipping, write customer invoice, enter order into shipping system, process credit card payments, and update sales and purchase orders within our proprietary system.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers, nurture and build upon existing customer relationships, follow through on referrals (warm leads).
  • Promote product lines and company capabilities to new as well as existing clients.
  • Support inside sales team in fulfilling sales and purchase orders as well as tracking and communicating shipping updates throughout the process.

_ Qualifications_

  • Outside Sales and Account Management skills

· Relevant experience in the Industrial electric or construction industry.

  • Experience in lead generation and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Customer Service skills with excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field a plus
  • An Electrical Technical trade certification/diploma and/or Electrical Engineering degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, people, and relationship building skills to build strong customer and team relationships.
  • Superior ability to plan, set and achieve goals on a continual basis, demonstrating superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about getting results along with the drive to continually overachieve sales goals.
  • Negotiation, influencing, and analytical skills including price negotiation skills, contract, and transactional negotiation.
  • Confident, tenacious, approachable, and ready to develop and persevere.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

Applicants should be comfortable working with computer and software programs, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Applicants should also be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.

Finally, applicants should be passionate about providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
