Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Inside Sales Representative in Gainesville, Georgia. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for:

• Handle in-coming sales calls and walk-ins as well as emails, consult with customers, fulfill orders, upselling and add on sales are critical, process orders, source material when not in stock, communicate with customers throughout fulfillment.
• Check stock, pull material, package and prepare for shipping, write customer invoice, enter order into shipping system, process credit card payments, and update sales and purchase orders within our proprietary system.
• Build long-term relationships with new customers, nurture and build upon existing customer relationships, follow through on referrals (warm leads).
• Promote product lines and company capabilities to new as well as existing clients.
• Support outside sales team in fulfilling sales and purchase orders as well as tracking and communicating shipping updates throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Inside Sales and Account Management skills

· Relevant experience in the commercial electrical or construction industry.

• Experience in lead generation and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Customer Service skills with excellent communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Applicants should be comfortable working with computer and software programs, such as Microsoft Office and CRM systems.

Applicants should also be motivated, detail-oriented, and possess excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
