Job Description

Inside Sales Representative

Gainesville, GA

$25/hour Benefits, 401K

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

Direct Hire

Qualifications:

  • 2 years (Required) inside sales experience (not retail)
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills oral and in writing
  • Extreme eye for detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft products
  • CRM data entry
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background and credit background.
  • Intermediate Excel skills (test required)
  • Good grammar/spelling (test required)

Responsibilities:

  • Answering multiple inbound calls per day from various customer segments (contractors, hotel maintenance, consumers, builders, remodelers)
  • Communicate with prospects via email and phone
  • Providing quotes on projects, sending samples, catalogs on over 1000 SKUs of granite/marble shower panels (mainly go into hotels)
  • Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure each customer is satisfied
  • Customer service focused on their customers (customers) to receive highest level of satisfaction possible
  • Identify customer needs and provide solutions and support to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Process customer orders in compliance with company procedures, policies and procedures
  • Process customer needs in accordance with company procedures
  • Keep accurate records of all customer transactions and accounts
  • Participate in training, meetings, and other team-building activities to ensure team success
  • Other duties as assigned
