We are looking to hire a full-time Operations Associate, Administrative Coordinator within FAIMER®, a division of Intealth .

This position will provide a wide variety of administrative support services to FAIMER.

WORK SCHEDULE for Operations Associate, Administrative Coordinator

This full-time position typically works 7-hour workdays, Monday - Friday, with a flexible virtual work arrangement.

SALARY for Operations Associate, Administrative Coordinator (Starting at $25 per hour)

Any offered salary is determined based on competency and skills, prior relevant experience, required degrees / certifications, internal equity within the organization and market competition.

ABOUT YOU

At Intealth, we are dedicated to advancing global healthcare education through innovative programs. We are looking for a computer-savvy, highly organized team member who is a strong writer, communicator, and researcher with an attention to detail to join our dynamic team as an Operations Associate, Administrative Coordinator supporting FAIMER's assessment and information resource development projects.

A Day in The Life : In this role you'll be providing administrative support for our FAIMER leaders and serving as the point person for project progress and organization.

You'll keep a keen eye on where we are in projects, what needs to be done, and ensure clear communication within the team.

Your responsibilities will include drafting communications for both local and international stakeholders, scheduling meetings, managing action items, and maintaining program management plans to drive efficiency.

In addition, you will be contributing on teams that are developing a number of new services to support international physicians, health professions educators, researchers, and professional regulators.

Embracing innovation, engaging in critical thinking, and challenging existing processes will be key as you optimize our operations.
