Sodexo Corporate Servicesis looking for aGeneral Managerto join our team atInside Parklocated in the heart of park avenue, inside thehistorical St. Bart's Church, is the ‘third place’ in the lives of this dynamic Midtown NYC neighborhood. in New York, NY. Sales are in excess of $4 million annually including over $1 million in catering sales. Current business consists of just about 75% corporate clients. Menu is upscale casual with an outdoor terrace that seats about 250 in spring and summer, and in the fall and winter an outdoor enclosure is erected seating about 125. Also, a 150 seat inside dining room is open all year. 

TheGeneral Managerwill be responsible for overseeing the restaurant and catering operations for the account. 

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Financial Management
• Managing a team of 15-40 hourly employees
• Provide local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations
• Plan and supervise special functions
• Maintain cash control and payroll records
• Hire and train employees
• HR Functions
• Create a positive environment
• Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations
