Works majority on the floor to ensure that all levels of service are aligned with Milos core values
Acts as a Milos Ambassador to our guests
Establishes our core values in all FOH teams to ensure the highest level of service
Establishes and oversees implementation of policies and standard operating procedures (SOP’s) as to improve the operational effectiveness of the restaurant
Consistently and routinely evaluates food, beverage, and other service offerings to ensure guest satisfaction, identifies areas of improvement and works to create plausible solutions
Works withing the community to setup events which align Milo core values
Works with Human Resources and Operations to align on recruitment and retention strategies, ensures training and orientation process is respected, safekeeping of new employee information
Works with internal Communications department to report any special events and develop necessary marketing-related materials based on knowledge of local demographic
Fosters an effective and efficient work environment, routinely meets with FOH and BOH staff to manage flow of service and ensure sufficient support
Ensures enforcement and compliance with health and safety protocols
