On-Site Requirement: Must work on-site at least 5 days a week, working weekends
Meeting Requirements: Attend 3 administrative meetings per week as standard

Situated in midtown Manhattan, we're on the lookout for a seasoned General Manager to spearhead our themed experience concept. With a focus on high-volume operations, this role is perfect for someone eager to provide memorable guest experiences through effective leadership, innovation, and team motivation.

Position Overview:

As the General Manager, you'll be the driving force behind cultivating new business, orchestrating weekly programming, and leading a team dedicated to making our customers extremely happy. Your hands-on management style, experience in ticketed events, and food and beverage service management will be crucial in upholding the magical atmosphere that defines The Cauldron.

Main Duties:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all venue operations to ensure seamless daily functions and exceptional guest experiences. Develop strategies for operational efficiency and revenue growth.
• Financial Oversight: Comprehensive financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and maximizing profitability.
• Team Leadership and Development: Build a high-performance culture through recruitment, training, and development initiatives.
• Customer Experience Management: Maintain and elevate service standards, ensuring all guests receive outstanding service.
• Cocktail, Bar, and Food Service: Oversight of food and drink menus, including kitchen management.
• HR and Staff Management: Handle hiring, training, staff schedules, and ensure staff well-being.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably with a background in high-volume bar/restaurant operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong operational knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in cultivating food and drink menus is a plus.
