Fine Dining Restaurant looking for a General Manager to run Boutique Brunch restaurant in Weston.

Fananicial accumen necessary (labor, food cost, sales, purchasing).

Employee relations - must be able to lead diverse group of employees successfuly.

Must be available every weekends and peak operating days.

Responsible for recruiting, hiring and training of all team members.

Responsible for all general maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Reports directly to Corporate Director of Operations
