As a Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:
Engaging local and national retailers for our fundraising events
Scheduling events and managing a schedule
Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with local and national retailers
Maintain a database optimized for a streamlined process
Sales and attrition metrics and reporting by event site
General office-based duties, as assigned and as necessary
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a people facing role
Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an event and/or scheduling function
Rockstar excel and analytic skills (a must)
Awesome verbal and non-verbal communication skills
Stunning capability to thrive in high-volume contact via phone and email
Unbelievably adept at navigating a fast-paced, start-up like environment
Awe-inspiring ability to think critically and create impactful solutions
Judiciously effective at working autonomously as well as can contribute to a fun team environment.
