IGM is looking to add an Administrative Assistant-Scheduler for our Fort Lauderdale office

We are seeking a personable and tireless champion for our clients and company in the form of an Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will thrive as a relationship-oriented ambassador for our company and thereby an extension of our clients’ brands. You will be an attentive, thoughtful, hard-working partner within the team who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth (sometimes ambiguous role) and are unafraid to roll up your sleeves to help us meet the growing needs and asks from our clients.

 

As a Administrative Assistant, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging local and national retailers for our fundraising events

  • Scheduling events and managing a schedule

  • Act as a point of contact and build influential relationships with local and national retailers

  • Maintain a database optimized for a streamlined process

  • Sales and attrition metrics and reporting by event site

  • General office-based duties, as assigned and as necessary

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in a people facing role

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an event and/or scheduling function

  • Rockstar excel and analytic skills (a must)

  • Awesome verbal and non-verbal communication skills

  • Stunning capability to thrive in high-volume contact via phone and email

  • Unbelievably adept at navigating a fast-paced, start-up like environment

  • Awe-inspiring ability to think critically and create impactful solutions

  • Judiciously effective at working autonomously as well as can contribute to a fun team environment.

  • Ready to take their career to new heights
