Spurs Marine is a manufacturing facility located in the heart of the marine industry within Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking a highly organized, personable and capable professional to join our growing team.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 4:00pm

You will be asked to perform a wide array of tasks that include but are not limited to:

Attend to customer inquiries via telephone, email and face to face in a personable and professional manner

Provide customer quotations and product information

Fulfill and ship domestic/international orders using multiple courier services

Book trade-shows and all booth/stand requirements (i.e. electric, furniture, credentials, insurance, etc.); make necessary travel arrangement for person(s) attending

Potential to travel and attend trade-shows

You will need:

High school diploma or equivalent

Minimum 1 year clerical and/or customer service experience

Capability of completing all duties in a timely and efficient manner

Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Basic knowledge of Photoshop preferred or willingness to learn

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Must be punctual and reliable
