This role also involves managing tenant interactions and requires a strong customer service ethos. Responsibilities:• Follow up with tenants to ensure smooth property management• Assist in the process of rent collection and resolution of any rent-related issues• Draft leases and ensure they are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations• Manage various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) to complete tasks and communicate effectively• Handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally, ensuring all customer inquiries are resolved• Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently• Schedule appointments and manage calendar events• Utilize skills in Commercial Property Management and Property Management to enhance job performance• Conduct email correspondence effectively, ensuring all communications are professional and timely.
