JobSummary :

We are seeking a highlyorganized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join ourdynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide administrativesupport ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our office.

You will handle a variety of tasks that contribute to the overallefficiency of the business and enhance the productivity of ourteam.

KeyResponsibilities :

• Prepare and modify documents including correspondencereports drafts memos and emails.
• Assist in thepreparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Develop and maintain a filing system for electronic andhard copy documents.
• Order office supplies andresearch new deals and suppliers.
• Maintaincontact lists and oversee company databases.
• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personor department.
• Coordinate meetings conferencesand other office events.
• Assist with specialprojects and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelPowerPoint Outlook).
• Familiarity with officeequipment and applications (e.g. fax machines scannersprinters).
• Strong organizational skills withthe ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent written and verbal communicationskills.
