Pharmaceutical Inside Sales Representative

ImpactBio has a position ready for you!!! Join this Inside Sales Team supporting a privately held new and growing specialty pharmaceutical company. This team utilizes both telephone and video interaction to educate prescribers and their staff, and will add professional meeting attendance and in-person presentations within prescriber offices.
Responsibilities

  • Educate new and existing prescribers and their staff within an assigned territory on the Company’s products for patient care over the phone, through video calls, and some in-person interactions.
  • Provide exceptional product and marketplace information that ultimately helps providers identify the best possible product choice.
  • Focus on generating incremental business within existing accounts, prospecting / selling to new accounts and developing relationships over the phone, through video calls and some in-person interactions.
  • Make a minimum number of new customer calls per day, in addition to completion of follow up calls. Effectively manage and prioritize time to complete administrative activities daily.
  • Follow up with prescriber offices as needed, making sure their needs and requests are fulfilled.
  • Must be available to attend in person client related meetings, conventions and industry events to represent Client.
  • Other duties as required

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 2 years’ experience as a Virtual Sales / Call Center Representative in Healthcare, Product or Service Sales required
  • Experience as a call center representative or field-based representative in Pharma desired
  • Strong computer skills utilizing telephone and / or video technology
  • Excellent organization and time management skills required
  • Highly effective telephone communication skills, with the ability to inspire an audience and develop trusted relationships with customers, team members, management, and industry influencers.
  • Full Covid Vaccination is required
