We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented INSIDE SALES REP to join our moving company. The idea candidate must be punctual, have prior phone sales experience using warm leads, a strong closer to book jobs, computer and CRM proficient and a positive attitude. This candidate is also coachable, reliable, persistent, organized, problem solver, and can apply learned skills and methods quickly. This is a commissioned job and your earnings reflect your effort and dedication. We are only looking for high achievers and committed candidates.
***The position requires the ability to work between 9AM to 8PM, and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert warm leads into sales via phone calls, referrals, and networking
- Inform customers about our services and schedule appointments for in-home estimates
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
- Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into sales
- Collaborate with the operations to ensure a smooth transition from sales to service delivery
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to work the above job schedule
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Work Location: In person only. No remote option.
Salary: Base Commission.
Initial base of $500.00 per week first month training; $350 per week after with uncapped commission. Strong closers with sales experience can start booking jobs during the first week. Earn an average of 500.00 to $1,800.00 weekly. Compensation is a direct reflection of your commitment and hard work.
