Inside Sales Representative

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

* High-school diploma or equivalent.

* Reliable transportation.

* Valid driver’s license.
* Proof of ability to legally work in US.
* Retail sales experience helpful.
* Ability and willingness to do the following:

• Lift up to 40lbs from the floor to the waist
• Available store hours 9AM - 9PM Monday - Saturday (32 - 45 hour work week between 9am and 10pm Monday through Saturday)
• Work evenings, weekend, & holidays
• Submit to and pass a criminal background check
• Educate themselves and customers on wine, beer, & spirits offerings
• Take direction and work as part of a team to accomplish store goals

* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) & POS experience preferred

* Previous leadership experience a plus.

* Must be a highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn.

*Once Trained - Job duties include, but are not limited to:

• Opening store, closing store, accurately counting money, completing point of purchase transactions, assisting customers with in-store needs, provide for a safe & clean working environment, data entry, receiving deliveries, stocking products

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

• Supervising Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
