Impact Companies is Hiring an Administrative Recruiting Assistant Near Las Vegas, NV
Impact Companies is looking for a dynamic Recruiting Assistant to join our amazing recruiting team!
Summary:
The individual in this role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Recruiting Department with tasks related, but not limited to - candidate communication, interview scheduling, issuing job-specific assessments, conducting reference checks, weekly report preparation, special projects, and other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 yr. as an Administrative Assistant
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Great organizational skills and attention to detail
- High-level of professionalism & ability to manage confidential information
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Positive attitude and highly personable/engaging
Helpful Qualifications: (Preferred - NOT REQUIRED)
- Previous experience performing a support role within a recruiting department or staffing company
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Job Boards (Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.)
- Basic understanding of state/federal employment laws
