Recruiting Account Manager – 100% Remote – Previous RPO Experience Preferred

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

As a RPO Recruiting Account Manager you will lead the overall service delivery of the recruitment team and work closely with the Director of Operations to measure KPIs and build strong stakeholder relationships. Being aware of the latest trends and sharing knowledge with the team is critical in ensuring we always add value to our clients.

Client Relationship Management

• Manage relationships and support of 5-8 Clients
• Determine proper recruitment priority based on variables associated and consult with the client regarding any gaps within each opportunity
• Build and cultivate strong relationships with client groups by understanding business objectives and providing solutions to talent needs
• Acts as a Client's point of contact for unresolved issues/escalations, resolution tracking until closure, exception handling, audits, etc.
• Monitoring the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with the ‘HRA Way’, ensuring seamless delivery

SLA Management

• Monitoring service delivery against contractual terms and manage out of scope service requests and provide support for proposal management where appropriate
• Ensuring the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process to include in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages and team responsibilities

Management Responsibility

• Manage client job postings, job board sponsorships and candidate experience
• Identifies proactive and creative recruiting strategies for candidates’ pipeline channels, including leveraging our technologies, social media, and other recruiting resources to identify qualified candidates
• Analyzing and communicating recruitment trends, results, and insights (business unit, client, and external market) to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance and reduce risk

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience working in an internal or corporate recruiting environment. 
• Prior experience recruiting for the professional services industry (finance, management support, upper-level management, executive-level, etc.), HIGHLY PREFERRED.
• Minimum 5 years of prior recruiting management experience
• A high level of experience working in a leadership role for a recruitment solution, ideally within the RPO environment
• 1 years of experience demonstrating strong organizational and presentation skills
• 1 years of experience describing, documenting, and executing project or client requirements
• Successful experience managing multiple searches and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process methodology within the RPO, staffing industry or Corporate HR
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain relationships
• Strong communication skills, written & verbal, with evidence of managing negotiations and dispute resolution
• Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment
• Able to manage a large and varied workload, ensuring timely and accurate completion of assigned work
• Ability to travel 5-7% for client visits and/or meetings
