Wheat Holdings is hiring for a full-time Director of Human Resources (HR) to work onsite in Salt Lake City, UT.
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of business objectives among the company’s Human Resources Team to enhance employee engagement and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, regulatory compliance, and the company’s safety program. Preferred bread or food experience.
