Human Resources Generalist
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join our team. You will need to have a broad knowledge of HR functions. If you have a passion for HR, this is the place for you! You will undertake a wide range of HR tasks, such as administering employee benefits, Payroll, leave of absence, filing workers compensation claims and crafting HR policies. You will use an HRIS to ensure all employee records are up-to-date and confidential. You will act as the main point of contact for employees on all HR-related topics, You will report directly to the CFO. The HR goal is to run smoothly and effectively while delivering maximum value to the organization.
