The ideal candidate is a highly communicative leader who will join our executive team. You will be responsible for leading the company's Human Resources and compliance needs. This role requires someone who is able to multitask, and provide clear cut communication and status updates directly to the owners.

Please note: This role is located in Seneca, Oregon alongside the Blue Mountains, on over 140,000 acres of pristine wilderness. Housing accomodations, relocation assistance, benefits, and competitive salary are all on the table for the right candidate.

Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Benefit administrations
• Payroll/Time sheet administration
• Recruiting of our hourly staff members (Hospitality staff, park rangers, 3rd party providers for, etc.)
  • Handling the recruitment and bringing on foreign students on Visas, handle housing of Team Members on the ranch and in town
• Aid in day-to-day operations as needed
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and projects
• HR Compliance
• Monitor bonus eligibility for employees
• Training
• Updating employee handbook
• New Hire paperwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related discipline 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in multi-department people management
• Experience in Hospitality management (resort background strongly encouraged)
