PURPOSE OF ROLE

A highly skilled Account Manager is needed to manage multiple client accounts within the organization. This position ensures on-time, on-budget, quality delivery of HAVEN products and services by overseeing the execution of client marketing campaigns. Success requires consultative, solutions-oriented sales and customer service skills, intense personal energy, and focused activity. A critical factor of achievement in this role is the ability and desire to think strategically and problem-solve. Candidate must be comfortable managing multiple accounts, mitigating risks, and selling to obtain new business or upgrade existing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage client expectations and assume ownership of deadlines and deliverables to ensure that HAVEN delivers the required level of service
  • Analyze needs of existing clients, identifying new services or changes to existing services
  • Determine client needs and assign them to appropriate internal teams
  • Manage regular meetings with clients to move projects forward
  • Be resourceful and provide solutions to meet the needs of the client
  • Coordinate and manage the efforts of subcontractors and vendors
  • Communicate and collaborate with team members by participating in team meetings and creative strategy sessions
  • Work with team to develop and execute strategies to support client’s marketing goals
  • Report to team on status of projects in weekly team meetings
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of the client’s business and brand
  • Practice and live our core values

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of experience in marketing, account management, and project management (internships are applicable)
  • Leadership, strong work ethic, ability to work independently and be productive without close supervision, self-motivated and team-oriented
  • Confident, knowledgeable, and well-spoken, with an ability to interact and present to clients at all levels, including executive and C-level
  • Able to identify key players in organizations and possess the ability to convert business issues into solutions
  • Can take charge and thrive in uncharted territory or ambiguous circumstances
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage many projects at one time
  • Sense of urgency and experience working with internal and external teams
  • Resourceful, can think creatively with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Excel, Word, Powerpoint, GSuite
  • Hubspot experience is a plus
  • Preferred college degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business
