As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be part of a team responsible for building and executing successful go-to-market and product adoption programs. Your role will contribute to the development of product positioning, messaging, and differentiation of our products to help build awareness and engagement with our customers and target markets. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Product messaging and positioning – Develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our product from its competitors
• Content Development – Conceptualize and craft educational product and solution content for a variety of platforms
• Market, customer, and competitive analysis - Be the authority on the customer, the industry trends, and the other industry players
• Sales enablement – Craft region-agnostic high-value sales tools, training, and collateral, lead demos, and be the go-to product expert for all sales needs
• Demand generation – Develop and implement strategies to drive awareness and demand
• Evangelism – Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to product expert.
• Special events & community engagement
• Strategic, consultative customer engagement - helping customers in one-on-one or small group settings better understand how to strategically utilize the platform to reach their goals and solve their challenges

WHO YOU ARE

• 5 years of experience in marketing or product marketing.
• SaaS and/or B2B experience required
• Experience supporting and executing go-to-market plans for complex products or product portfolios
• Experience leveraging facts and data for business storytelling
• Results-oriented with an ability to bridge strategic thinking and marketing operations excellence
• Proven ability to establish trusted business relationships with colleagues and drive action from stakeholders
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders, escalate/present agreement issues to management, and work in an ambiguous environment
• Concise and effective verbal and written communication skills
• Must live in Miami or be willing to relocate for this position
