About the Role:We have an exciting opportunity to support our Marketing & Culinary team as a Senior Marketing Manager of Restaurant Journey & VIS based in Miami, FL. The Senior Marketing Manager of Restaurant Journey & VIS will play a pivotal role in developing and executing strategic point-of-purchase marketing initiatives that enhance the in-restaurant consumer journey, drive sales, and strengthen brand loyalty across our network of restaurants.If you feel that this is the role for you, and you are successful with your application, be ready to be Bold, Empowered, Accountable, and ready to have Fun in a fast paced and agile working environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Strategic LeadershipConsumer Journey Optimization: Lead the strategic development of point-of-purchase marketing initiatives focused on optimizing the in-restaurant consumer journey, from entry to checkout, to enhance customer satisfaction and drive incremental sales.Data-Driven Insights: Utilize consumer data, market research, and analytics to identify opportunities for improving the effectiveness of point-of-purchase marketing efforts and tailoring strategies to meet the unique needs of diverse customer segments.Collaborative Cross-Functional Partnerships: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, store design, and culinary, to ensure alignment and integration of point-of-purchase marketing initiatives with broader business objectives and brand strategies.Performance Measurement and Optimization: Develop metrics and KPIs to assess the performance and impact of point-of-purchase marketing initiatives, conducting regular analyses to identify areas for optimization and refinement.Creative LeadershipInnovative POP Solutions: Spearhead the conceptualization and implementation of innovative point-of-purchase solutions, including menu board layouts, display placements, interactive kiosks, and digital signage, leveraging insights into consumer behavior and preferences.Visual Identity (VIS): Lead the development of Subway’s visual identity, including brand guidelines and product photography/videographyExecutional LeadershipWork with Manager on material creation and timeline with printers, fulfillment center and internal stakeholders - ensure all parties are aware of deadlines, time constraints and current activity.Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers, overseeing the production and distribution of point-of-purchase materials while ensuring quality, consistency, and cost-effectiveness.Budget Allocation and Management: Develop and manage the point-of-purchase marketing budget, allocating resources strategically to maximize ROI and achieve desired business outcomes. Qualifications:8 – 12 years of experience in strategy and content development within the POP/In-Restaurant space.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related.Excellent understanding of POP best practices and industry knowledge.Experience in leading visual identity and management of still/video shoots.Strong project management and organizational skills.Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work well under tight timelines.Excellent written and oral communications.Strong business acumen.Team player, Collaborative. What do we Offer? Insurance Plans (Medical/Life)Pension/401K/RSP (country specific)Competitive BonusMobility AllowanceTuition ReimbursementCompany HolidaysEmployee Resource Groups Volunteering timeAnd Many More….. The Company is only considering applicants who are currently authorized to work in the country the position is based.
