Job Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm’s goals.
- Manage various marketing channels including newsletters, social media (paid and organic), SEO, PPC, local service ads,
- referral websites, and referral networking.
- Analyze market trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- Oversee and coordinate content production for various platforms.
- Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to create and coordinate marketing content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective spending strategies.
- Provide leadership and guidance to marketing team members, fostering an environment of growth and excellence.
- Engage with clients and potential clients at events and through digital platforms, ensuring high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest in marketing technology and trends relevant to the legal industry.
- Lead our future using the latest technology including AI
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager with a track record of executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience in SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media management.
- Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis.
- Superior project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage a marketing team.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Previous experience in a law firm or professional services environment is preferred.
- Experience using tools such as ChatGpt and other AI tools to enhance productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $52,000.00 per year
