Established in 2005 the Water Restoration Group (WRG) is an industry leader in emergency mitigation and restoration based in Miami and services the tri-county market. WRG is a full-service contractor looking to hire a full-time Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing, implementing and executing strategic marketing plans for the organization in order to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. Responsibilities include organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies as well as supporting and executing business development activities towards increasing the revenue of the company.

Marketing

• Organize, and set up trade shows.
• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to promote services
• Maintain and optimize campaigns based on A/B improvements.
• Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, ranking, SEO, etc.) Techniques and experience to improve metrics, followers, engagement, etc.
• Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical information.
• Compose and post online content with proven ad campaign experience.
• Create reports on marketing performance.
• Create and post social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Communicate directly with partners and vendors and encourage trusting relationships.
• Assisting in writing content on marketing literature (brochures, press releases, blog, etc.) to augment the company presence in the market.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand standards
• This role will be accountable for the editorial and content marketing to deliver the content calendar.
• Create and maintain content calendar.
• Create and develop marketing materials and content to support sales team and increase brand image (must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite).
• Drive new and maintain partnerships by identifying and sourcing new opportunities through outbound efforts.
• Compose and post online content on the company's website and social media accounts.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Marketing
• Good understanding of office management and fundamental marketing principles.
• Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills in all forms; written, oral, and digital.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional demeanor.
• Excellent knowledge of MS office, Marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, online analytics, Google Adwords, Eventbrite, MailChimp, Adobe creative experience.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
