The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the marketing strategies and activities in support of the SuViche Hospitality Group family of restaurants. This position works in partnership and collaboration with the executive, culinary and operations leadership to coordinate and align the marketing and communications efforts on behalf of SVHG.
Duties & Responsibilities:
o Fosters growth & accountability.
o Builds on things that are already working well on the team
o Supports every team member’s personal and professional development by recognizing talents and contributions while also providing feedback and ideas for improvement
o Fosters transparent, open, and constructive communication and collaboration
o Supports collaboration and teamwork, specifically to address challenges
o Ultimately enables a great wand healthy work experience for PR and Marketing team members/vendors
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
o Experience managing and growing a team
o Experience with brand development, growth, and conception- specifically demonstrated expertise for brand language and messaging
o Experience developing marketing strategies to improve business
o Experience overseeing website projects and is familiar with current marketing technology
o Successful experience developing social media campaigns
o A deep understating of content marketing and its applications
o A deep understanding of managing google my business, google analytics, SEO.
