SuViche Management LLC is Hiring a Marketing Manager Near Miami, FL

The Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, development and implementation of the marketing strategies and activities in support of the SuViche Hospitality Group family of restaurants. This position works in partnership and collaboration with the executive, culinary and operations leadership to coordinate and align the marketing and communications efforts on behalf of SVHG.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing, coordinating and overseeing the marketing efforts on behalf of each of the restaurant brands within the SVHG family.
  • Designing, implementing, and facilitating annual marketing plan for SVHG that evolves and strengthens our brands while supporting the businesses in achieving their business goals.
  • Coordinating marketing budgets and spending across the restaurants and identifying opportunities to maximize resources
  • Spearheading company-wide and cross-promotional marketing initiatives.
  • Work on cross functionally with Ownership, Culinary, Operations and Culture to help build a more clearly articulated and meaningful SVHG brand presence for guests both on premise in the restaurants and off-premise in digital marketing and social media that can be leveraged to align and benefit all SVHG businesses.
  • Overseeing the brand strategy, identity, and conception of new businesses to successfully launch new restaurants.
  • Driving and overseeing major creative and design initiatives, including providing creative direction.
  • Overseeing the use of our brands websites and content strategy to promote all SVHG companies.
  • Supporting the development of an “employer brand.”
  • Ensuring that the SVHG restaurants’ marketing efforts support their leader’s (GM’s) business goals while staying “on brand” -- consistent with SVHG’s vision, mission and values.
  • Helping drive business and supporting revenue growth while ensuring effective and consistent articulation of SVHG desired image and positioning.
  • Acting as a SVHG representative with outside marketing partners -- Engaging in relationship-building with key partners (such as Marlins, Local Government, Dolphins, Partners, Vendors, etc.)
  • Identify and improve customer journeys (i.e., dine in, take out, delivery, brunch, etc.).
  • Conduct field visits to check on brand promise.
  • Continuing to nurture and build a marketing team which is competent, commercially astute, dedicated and effective.
  • Responsible for making hiring decisions for all new direct report positions and for ensuring the successful onboarding of all new PR/Marketing team members.
  • Building a team environment that:

o Builds on things that are already working well on the team
o Supports every team member’s personal and professional development by recognizing talents and contributions while also providing feedback and ideas for improvement
o Fosters transparent, open, and constructive communication and collaboration

o Ultimately enables a great wand healthy work experience for PR and Marketing team members/vendors

  • Transmitting the Organization’s values, vision and direction
  • Providing specific direction to direct reports by clearly articulating expectations and clarifying roles and relationships

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:

  • Minimum of 6 years experiences in marketing management positions with demonstrated success, preferably in hospitality industry - specifically restaurant and/or food service industry. Specific experiences should include:

o Experience managing and growing a team
o Experience with brand development, growth, and conception- specifically demonstrated expertise for brand language and messaging
o Experience developing marketing strategies to improve business
o Experience overseeing website projects and is familiar with current marketing technology

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing or related field.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications and public relations activities.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and metrics

o Successful experience developing social media campaigns
o A deep understating of content marketing and its applications
o A deep understanding of managing google my business, google analytics, SEO.

  • Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
  • Self-starter with hands-on approach.
  • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
  • Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supporting and growing a professional team.
  • Demonstrated successful experience overseeing PR and Marketing campaigns.
  • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and collateral.
  • Technical literacy in Microsoft Office Suite and ideally in Adobe Create suite as well.
  • Strong oral and written communications skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
