**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies and strong sales techniques. This role requires a blend of business development, account management, and technical sales skills. **Duties:** - Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve sales targets - Identify new business opportunities and partnerships - Conduct market research to understand customer needs and trends - Manage and grow existing client accounts through effective relationship management - Lead sales initiatives, negotiate contracts, and close deals - Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns - Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities and performance **Requirements:** - Proven experience in sales, marketing, or related field - Strong negotiation skills and ability to drive results - Knowledge of business development strategies - Experience in outside sales and account management - Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus - Proficiency in Spanish is advantageous for engaging with a diverse customer base Join our team as a Sales and Marketing Manager to drive revenue growth, build lasting client relationships, and shape innovative marketing campaigns.
